Mesa County Public Health (MCPH) has been made aware of a recall from Lyons Magnus involving frozen supplemental shakes.

Many Mesa County offices will close on Monday, May 26, 2025, in observance of Memorial Day.

Beginning May 19, 2025, Mesa County, in partnership with WD Yards, Inc., will begin Japanese beetle eradication treatment on properties within the hot zone. The treatment includes application of Acelepryn (Chlorantraniliprole), a pesticide that is considered safe for humans, pets, pollinators and birds while effectively targeting Japanese beetles in the grub stage.
