The iMatter program makes it easier for young people to get the mental health support they need. Through iMatter Colorado, youth ages 12–18 can receive free therapy sessions with a licensed therapist.

This program is available to all Colorado youth, regardless of insurance or income. There is no cost to participate and sessions are available virtually or in person.

iMatter connects youth directly with providers, helping reduce wait times and barriers to care. Whether a young person is dealing with stress, anxiety, depression or just needs someone to talk to, support is available.

To learn more or sign up, visit the official iMatter website. If you have questions, Mesa County Department of Human Services is here to help connect families with resources
