Could the Lighthouse Program be the right next step for your youth?

The process of joining the Lighthouse Program begins with an initial interview between the youth and their parent(s)/guardian and a supportive staff member to create a Lighthouse Program Agreement tailored to the youth’s risks and needs.

Once signed, support and supervision are provided immediately. Agreements may include components such as restorative justice, academic success, employment or extracurricular activities, curfews, therapy, classes (e.g., life skills or anger management), mentoring, tutoring, and substance prevention.

Throughout involvement in the program, participants can also access services from community partners like Mesa County Partners, Colorado Mesa University, and Hilltop Family Resource Center.

The youth's specific risks and needs determine the agreement's length.
