Project Summary
- Develop detailed construction documents for the 22 ½ Road and Greenbelt Drive Sidewalk and Drainage Improvements Project.
- This project will provide Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”) compliant access to Broadway Elementary School and storm water infrastructure.
- This includes sidewalk to the North side of Greenbelt Drive beginning at 22 ½ Road to the existing sidewalk across from Milena Way, west of Park Ridge Court.
- This also includes replacing the existing asphalt path along the West side of 22 ½ Road with a 10-foot wide detached concrete sidewalk from CO Highway 340 to Greenbelt Drive, removing and replacing curb inlets and storm drainpipes along 22 ½ Road and Greenbelt Drive, crushed rock parkway strip and landscape restoration.
